We are seeking a pool of freelance/independent Professional Cleaners to join our growing team. In this role, you will help maintain clean, healthy, and comfortable spaces in property management, residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in your work directly contribute to the positive experiences of the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality cleaning services in homes, offices, hotels, and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas following company standards and health guidelines
• Carry out specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet care, floor maintenance, and upholstery cleaning when required
• Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms, as applicable
• Deliver excellent customer service by being courteous, responsive, and professional with clients on-site
• Use cleaning tools and supplies safely and correctly, following all safety protocols
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or supply needs promptly to supervisors
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and assigned tasks

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or janitorial cleaning is preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and sanitation products
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and reaching
• A positive, respectful, and professional attitude when working with clients and teammates
• Hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
• Willingness to assist with light household tasks when needed (cooking skills are a bonus, not a requirement)
