*The Impact You Will Make Here *
We're looking for two User Experience Designers, one will work on our marketplace group and the other on our Monetization and Compliance group. Both roles will work on TCGplayer's critical product portfolios.

As a UX Designer you will apply your domain expertise and knowledge of UX best-practices to drive high-impact product improvements.

As a mid-level designer , you will partner with cross-functional peers to design and deliver customer-centered solutions for hobbyists and professional sellers, focusing on areas such as marketplace
,
payments, billing, customer fees, and related compliance efforts such as Know Your Customer (KYC). You will work within an established design process to create innovative solutions that are grounded in research and validated through user testing.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Create UX deliverables throughout the design process, evolving designs from early concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to final specifications
  • Deliver high-value features across multiple projects, ensuring design solutions support user needs, align with business goals, and positively impact key performance metrics
  • Apply advanced knowledge of Figma to create, iterate, and hand off design assets while working within an established design system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality solutions that drive seller value, inform product strategy, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Participate in user testing, workshops, and research efforts to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Obtain Leadership approval and team alignment through compelling storytelling that clearly communicates your ideas and design rationale
  • Build knowledge about trends in the trading card game (TCG) space, online marketplaces, and best-in-class eCommerce and
