Host

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the POS system
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and reset them for new guests
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Familiarity with the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone reservations
