Project Superintendent

Straw Construction Co., Inc. a western PA Site Contractor is looking to hire a dependable full-time Project Superintendent to join our expanding company. The schedule for this position is generally Monday through Friday. Some flexibility is required.

Summary of work:

• Complete ability to read and interpret construction plans and details.
• Manage all aspects of the construction project.
• Schedule personnel, material, equipment, and subcontractors for daily tasks.
• Monitor daily production and profitability.
• Ensure all work is in accordance with the contract documents.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Track work performed, identify change orders, and assist in cost input.
• Enforce company safety policies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in supervising construction projects.
• Ability of read, interpret, and understand project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
• DOT experience would be a plus.

Salary $72,800.00 to $93,600.00 plus pension, 401(k) and health care provided.
