What you'll do:

Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys staying active throughout the day? Are you looking to be part of a mission-driven company where your work has real impact? We're looking for a Production Technician that is responsible for the assembly of standardized products and accessories on the production floor. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and thrives in a steady, hands-on environment where consistency and care matter just as much as efficiency.

This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday through Friday, based at our North American Headquarters in our brand-new Moon Township facility.

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Assemble, modify, rework, and repair mechanical/electro-mechanical products and accessories
  • Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly drawings and MP's Work Instructions.
  • Ensure that final product meets order specs and establish and maintain product quality control
  • Operate and maintains test equipment
  • Test assembled parts to confirm operational performance and trouble shoot rejected items
  • Record production/assemblies in Tobii Dynavox Systems
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

  • Detail-oriented with an appreciation for accuracy, particularly when dealing with shipping labels, addresses, and order contents.
  • Solutions-focused with strong communication skills when problem solving in a team environment.
  • Comfortable using and adapting to new technology for warehouse processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Enjoy being active and on your feet throughout the day (Light to moderate physical labor is involved.)
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, with an ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Interested in lean process improvement and contributing to efficiency gains in the warehouse environment.
  • Take pride in your work and your team's accomplishments, continuously seeking to improve yourself and help your team reach higher goals than thought possible.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience working with Haz mat or international shipments.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. (Occasionally heavier with assistance).
  • Standing and Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse.
  • Bending and Stooping: Frequent bending and stooping to access inventory and storage areas.
  • Reaching and Handling: Regular reaching overhead and handling of materials and equipment.
  • Climbing: Occasional use of ladders or step stools to access high shelves.
  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate, and cleaning products, tools, and equipment are part of daily operations.
