Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining information across our systems, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and review data from multiple sources with a high level of accuracy
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical records
• Scan, file, and update the databases regularly
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with all data security policies

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) to effectively communicate with insurance providers and clients
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers, office software, and data management tools
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
