What You'll Do
- Take a hands-on role supervising and coordinating the daily activities of warehouse associates engaged in receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, scheduling, and maintaining warehouse operations.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager by identifying, documenting, and implementing work procedures and process improvements.
- Monitor pickers' and packers' productivity to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff to reach individual and team goals.
- Ensure the accurate and timely shipment of all customer orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
What We Require
- 2–3 years of warehouse experience in a leadership capacity or a comparable supervisory role.
- Working knowledge of inventory control systems, shipping and receiving practices, and overall fulfillment operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
What We Need / Physical Requirements
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Position requires frequent lifting and standing.
- Must be able to lift boxes weighing 25–50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (not climate-controlled).
