What You'll Do

• Take a hands-on role supervising and coordinating the daily activities of warehouse associates engaged in receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, scheduling, and maintaining warehouse operations.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager by identifying, documenting, and implementing work procedures and process improvements.
• Monitor pickers' and packers' productivity to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff to reach individual and team goals.
• Ensure the accurate and timely shipment of all customer orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

What We Require

• 2–3 years of warehouse experience in a leadership capacity or a comparable supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems, shipping and receiving practices, and overall fulfillment operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.

What We Need / Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Position requires frequent lifting and standing.
• Must be able to lift boxes weighing 25–50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (not climate-controlled).
