is seeking a reliable, experienced
Building Engineer - Lead Maintenance
with hands-on experience in high-rise mechanical systems, including fan coil units, central chiller, and boiler operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and maintenance for a high-rise residential property.
• Oversee and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fan coil units, chillers, boilers, pumps, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and system performance.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• 2+ years of building maintenance experience; high-rise or large multifamily property experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Building Engineer or similar role
• Strong background in HVAC systems, particularly fan coil units, chillers, and boilers.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
