Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up with prospects to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of travel plans and sales initiatives.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote services and build relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in travel booking platforms, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $45, $100,000.00 per year
