Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team, covering AM, PM, and Night Audit shifts. This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our resort or hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality management knowledge, and the ability to manage guest relations efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction during all hours of operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding guest services at the front desk
• Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Manage guest requests and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience
• Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing personalized guest relations and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guests
• Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work flexible hours including AM, PM, and Night Audit shifts on a part-time basis
• Hospitality or hotel experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
• Bilingual proficiency is highly valued for effective communication with a diverse clientele

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
