Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Support banquet services by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Help with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
