We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Assist with bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Maintain knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of fine dining service at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
