Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services is a Palatka based HVAC contractor that provides service, installation and maintenance service throughout Palatka, St. Augustine, and the Northeast Florida Region including Putnam, Duval, St. Johns and Alachua counties. Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and building a long-term career in the skilled trades. As a Plumbing Apprentice, you'll work alongside licensed plumbers to gain hands-on experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. The right candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn in a team-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed plumbers on residential jobs/projects
• Learn installation, maintenance, and repair techniques
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Show up on time, ready to learn, and eager to contribute

What You Bring

• Plumbing experience or Trade School experience
• Reliability and dependability, you take pride in your work
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Ability to follow instructions while showing initiative
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to provide quality customer service

Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment
