We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious pizzas, ensuring cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to our established recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including cooking surfaces and utensils.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking ingredients and supplies.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and upsell menu items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling practices.
• Help with bussing tables as needed during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to help out in various areas of the kitchen as needed.
• Knowledge of retail math concepts is beneficial for managing inventory effectively.
