We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing administrative support and are detail-oriented. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our administrative staff.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the dental practice, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

  • Assist with data entry

  • Prepare and organize various documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Manage and maintain our calendar system, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled and coordinated.

  • Provide customer support by answering patient inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure all phone calls are handled efficiently and effectively.

  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as proofreading and editing, to ensure the accuracy and quality of our materials.

  • Assist with maintaining an organized and clean office environment, including managing supplies and equipment.

  • Provide backup support to our personal assistant, ensuring seamless coverage and continuity in our operations.

**Experience:**

  • A background in customer support or administrative roles is also valuable.

  • A strong understanding of office procedures and software is essential.

  • Experience with data entry and calendar management is a plus.

**Skills:**

  • Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure the accuracy and quality of our materials.

  • Excellent personal assistant and customer support skills to deliver exceptional patient service.

  • Proficiency in typing and the ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Experience with file management and organization.

  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a busy office environment.

  • Strong phone etiquette to handle phone calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Ability to work well with others, as part of a team-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with dental software and practices is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $2,200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:
