Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist to join our team, supporting our client in Lexington, KY. This role involves meticulous handling of contract and billing details to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities
- Enter contract and billing details accurately into Word or Excel templates.
- Review source documents for billing terms and effective dates before inputting data.
- Record billing cadence (weekly or bi-weekly) in designated spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized files and compliance logs for audit readiness.
- Verify accuracy of entered data against original documents.
- Support compliance tracking by ensuring all records are complete and accessible.
Essential Skills

- Experience in banking and data entry

- Invoicing knowledge
- Audit and regulatory compliance understanding

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, formatting, and sorting
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain confidentiality
- Good organizational skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ $19.00/hr.
