We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Data Analyst / Engineer to join our growing Data Products & Platforms team. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and data engineering and is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming raw data into trusted, analytics-ready datasets that drive business decisions.
In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and data platform partners to design, build, and maintain reusable datasets in Snowflake. You'll leverage modern ELT tools and semantic layers to support reporting and self-service analytics across the organization while helping ensure our data is reliable, well-documented, and ready for advanced analytics and AI use cases.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake using curated data from ELT pipelines
Develop and support semantic views to standardize business logic, definitions, and metrics
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs and translate them into scalable data solutions
Enable and support self-service analytics across BI tools such as Sigma and Power BI
Define, document, and maintain clear metric definitions and dataset documentation
Monitor, validate, and improve data quality, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to continuously improve the analytics data layer
Support AI and advanced analytics use cases by delivering high-quality, well-structured datasets suitable for forecasting, machine learning, and generative AI
Ensure data is AI-ready by maintaining consistent feature definitions, freshness standards, and documentation

3–5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering roles
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
Experience building ELT pipelines using tools such as , dbt, or similar frameworks
Experience supporting BI and analytics tools (e.g., Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including fact and dimension tables and star schemas
Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into effective data solutions
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with semantic or metrics layers
Familiarity with modern data stack best practices and analytics engineering principles
Experience with data documentation, data quality checks, or data observability tools
Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics workflows
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 yearly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
