As we continue to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate therapists to provide virtual services to our pediatric clients in the Arcadia and Pasadena areas.

Position Summary:

We are hiring Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide remote therapy sessions to children from the comfort of their own homes. As a Virtual Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs designed to improve the functional abilities and overall well-being of each child in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations using evidence-based tools and approaches
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs and goals
• Provide engaging, interactive, and effective therapy sessions via telehealth platforms
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
• Provides SLPA supervision and signs off on required documentation

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted California Speech-Language Patholoy licenses
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Passionate about working with children and families

Please note that this position will begin with limited hours, typically between 4 and 8 hours per week, with the potential for gradual increases as our patient base grows.
