Licensed Clinical Social Worker

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through clinical counseling, group therapy, and individual therapy sessions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and social needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Provide clinical counseling through one-on-one sessions and group therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving therapeutic practices and outcomes.
• Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and community resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in patient care settings, demonstrating strong clinical counseling skills.
• Proficiency in group therapy techniques and social work practices.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to mental health care.
• Knowledge of systems theory as it applies to social work practice.
• Ability to engage in clinical research and apply findings to improve client care.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing compassionate
