Line Cook

Join the vibrant culinary team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Line Cook. In this fast-paced role, you will prepare and cook high-quality dishes with attention to detail and consistency, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all food safety standards and guidelines.

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation when needed
• Adapt to changing menu items and special dietary requests with flexibility and professionalism

• Minimum of (2) years culinary experience
• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in related filed (i.e. culinary arts) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
