Host/Hostess

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive dining experience. This is a tipped position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements & take-out orders efficiently
• Provide menus and offer recommendations when needed
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Strong phone etiquette skills
