What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual visits for common primary care needs (e.g., colds, UTIs, allergies, chronic condition management, preventive care).
• Perform thorough assessments, diagnose, treat, and prescribe via our user-friendly telehealth platform.
• Document accurately in our EMR, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Coordinate with our mental health team for truly integrated treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license (FNP strongly preferred) with ability to practice independently.
• Comfort with virtual care and treating a broad range of common illnesses.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for holistic, patient-focused healthcare.
• Reliable internet/tech setup for video visits.
• Experience in primary care a plus, but new grads are welcome with enthusiasm for telehealth
