Position Overview

We are seeking California-licensed attorneys in good standing to work with us as independent contractors This role offers maximum flexibility, allowing you to accept assignments that align with your availability and experience. Occasional in-person court appearances as required.

Practice Areas

Assignments will be aligned with your background and strengths, including but not limited to:

• Civil Litigation
• Personal Injury
• Family Law
• Business and Contract Disputes
• Employment Law
• Criminal Defense
• General Civil Matters
• ADA Law

Attorneys with experience in one or more of these areas are encouraged to apply. General practitioners are also welcome, as we regularly receive a variety of case types.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal briefs, and client correspondence
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials when necessary
• Maintain professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Manage assigned matters independently from start to finish

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license in good standing
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-focused

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor status
• Competitive compensation based on experience, case type, and complexity
