Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting food service operations, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food handling, and maintaining a sanitary workspace to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth service flow
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and prep work
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing stations, and storage areas in compliance with health standards
• Assist with catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with cleanup afterward
• Follow proper food safety procedures during all cleaning and handling processes
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly stored after use
• Support the culinary team by providing assistance with light food preparation when required

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, including bussing, cleaning, and basic food handling skills
• Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, and culinary practices is advantageous
• Prior hospitality or culinary experience will help in understanding the fast-paced environment of the kitchen
