• Operations Management: Oversee daily tasks, open/close procedures, and ensure smooth service.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate employees; handle payroll and performance.
• Inventory & Supplies: Order supplies, manage stock, coordinate with vendors, and minimize waste.
• Customer Service/Experience: Resolve complaints, build relationships, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, manage cash, and analyze reports.
• Quality & Safety: Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Menu & Marketing: Assist with menu planning, pricing, and implement promotions.

Experience & Skills:

• Leadership & Teamwork: Motivate staff and work collaboratively.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Financial Acumen: Budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
• Organizational Skills: Time management, scheduling, and multitasking.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Current Food Protection Manager Certification Preffered.

Pay: $ $31.17 per hour
