Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumber to join our construction and remodeling team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing, pipe threading, and mechanical systems, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role involves working on commercial and residential projects, ensuring high-quality installations and repairs. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of HVAC systems, welding, carpentry, and the use of various hand and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment, contributing to the successful completion of construction and remodeling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools to complete plumbing tasks
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction plumbing projects
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, including carpentry and HVAC system integration
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with site preparation, assembly, and other maintenance person-related tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure all work complies with local codes and standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, pipe threading, welding, and HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of blueprints reading, schematics, and mechanical systems
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction site equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations
• Experience with carpentry, remodeling, assembly, and general maintenance person work preferred
• Valid driver's license for commercial driving or site travel as required
• Construction site experience is essential; familiarity with remodeling projects is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
