CNC Roll Forming Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator working in a steel manufacturing facility to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, operating CNC machines and roll formers to produce high-quality components for steel deck and accessories. • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce steel parts
• Operate roll formers to produce steel panels
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
