FOH Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Assist with banquet services as needed, including setup and breakdown of events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or high-volume restaurants.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing payments.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or banquet service is advantageous but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• A passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing excellent service.
