About The Role
We are seeking a Controller to join a growing manufacturing organization. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced accounting or financial professional who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact. You'll oversee financial operations, drive process improvements, and partner with senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform detailed financial analysis on cost structures, inventory, and production efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize cost management.
• Support ERP system optimization and ensure data integrity.
• Mentor and develop accounting and finance team members.
• Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
