You will have the chance to work on the Ellsworth AFB Bed Down Mission which entails multiple repair/renovation projects based in Rapid City, South Dakota. This exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure program will utilize your Construction Management and Engineering focus to help ensure safe and efficient delivery. You'll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with the project Contractors. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • At least five (5) years of construction experience meeting the position description
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams) & pdf editors (BlueBeam or Adobe)
  • Experience in reviewing (escalate as required) RFI's, Submittals and Contract Modifications.
  • Perform routine engineering tasks with a moderate degree of independence

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Prior experience on local, state and/or federal projects
  • Experience utilizing US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Resident Management System (RMS)
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license

The base salary range for this position is $74,700.00 to $112, Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
