Lead a Mission-Driven Team as a Community Support Team Supervisor
Are you ready to lead a team that changes lives every day? As the Community Support Team Supervisor (Internal Title: CPRC Supervisor) , you'll guide and support a dedicated group of professionals delivering community-based mental health services to adults. In this vital role, you'll provide clinical supervision, direct care coordination, and help ensure quality and compliance standards are met—playing a key part in helping clients reach their recovery goals.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and support to Community Support Specialists, including regular one-on-one supervision and team huddles
- Oversee coordination and quality of clinical care provided by your team
- Lead client care discussions and provide guidance on recovery planning
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with policy
- Conduct screenings and assessments for new clients and support warm hand-offs from Open Access
- Participate in orientation of new clients and ensure timely engagement with services
- Support training and development of team members to ensure clinical competence
- Driving is an essential function of the position
- Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field required
- Master's degree in a human service-related field preferred
If no relevant Master's degree is obtained,
- Must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR RR)
or
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, plus three (3) years of experience providing community support services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders in accordance with the community support key service functions. Experience must be with the same population they will serve as a supervisor.
- A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required
