SHIFTS (FT): 11pm - 7am
SHIFTS (PRN): Any 8 HOUR SHIFT
(One Weekend Per Month Is Required)
**Offering a $4000 Sign on Bonus for New Full-Time hires

(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour
Hourly Rate: $32.00 – $39.00/hr (Based on Experience and Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE
$2 Shift Differential (3pm -11pm Or 11pm-7am)

Responsibilities of LPN:**

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state New Jersey
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
