Responsibilities
Reporting to the Human Resources (HR) Manager, the HR Coordinator plays a key supporting role in the divisional HR activities and process improvement initiatives. The primary focus of this role is processing payroll and pay increases, providing accurate and efficient support on all HR system queries and HRIS related transactions, and managing disability leave. The Coordinator will also develop, maintain and expand upon our Human Resources metrics.
HR Payroll and pay increases
- Responsible for processing payroll each week and troubleshooting any issues in ADP.
- Address any payroll corrections and updates through the payroll input tool
- Updating pay transactions in Oracle HCM and ADP
- Managing any out-of-cycle pay requests
- Assisting employee with expense reports and other reimbursements (fitness reimbursement)
- Manage KPI Bonus payout for employees
Leave and Disability Management
- Assist employees in filing for FMLA, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability.
- Track employees and process employees on leave in HCM.
- Assist with Worker Compensation
General HR Support
- Address employee inquiries, including hand-off to HR Shared Services (HRSS) or escalating to HR Business Partner/Manager, as needed
- General HR administration, employee file & records maintenance
- Maintain filing and Oracle HCM entry protocols & ensure timely completion of tasks & approvals
- Assist in the development of HR policies & procedures; identify & develop procedures/workflows for the department's business processes
- Assist with Travel arrangements and scheduling for site
- Responsible for monthly reporting through Oracle HCM, ADP & Cognos
- Pull & Build ad hoc reports from reporting tools and support HRBP and HR Manager with HR Analytics
Policies and Procedures
- Maintain and update policies and procedures as directed by HR Manager.
- Manage policy calendar for review.
- Assist in the development of HR policies & procedures; identify & develop procedures/workflows for the department's business processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or ERP systems administration
- 1-3 years of experience with HRIS systems; Oracle HCM preferred
