Hours: Monday–Friday; 7:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m., with one hour daily for preparation and curriculum development

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities of the Web Programming and Development Instructor include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering engaging, hands-on instruction in both classroom and lab settings.
• Supporting student growth through mentoring, regular feedback, and individualized success planning.
• Ensuring your curriculum stays current and aligned with real industry expectations.
• Partnering with fellow instructors, administrators, and industry leaders to maintain a high-quality learning experience.
• Leading by example in professionalism, safety, and workplace readiness.
• Actively participating in program development, accreditation efforts, employer advisory committees, and campus-wide events.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking professionals who are passionate about teaching and committed to excellence. Successful candidates will have:

• Education: A high school diploma or its equivalent. A Bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent training in Computer Science, Web Programming and Development, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of industry experience and an exceptional portfolio showcasing a professional background and required expertise.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Experience with Canvas and curriculum development is a plus.
• Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in communication, time management, and organization to efficiently manage classroom and practical training responsibilities.
• Attention to Detail: A keen ability to assess student performance, ensure industry standards are met, and maintain accurate records.
