Chandler Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to lead operations at Hidden Lake (216 units) and Timber Woods (100 units) in Fayetteville, NC. These two communities are just a couple of miles apart, offering a unique opportunity to oversee multiple teams and create exceptional resident experiences across both properties.

As the Multi-Site Community Manager, you'll be at the center of everything: mentoring staff across two locations, managing budgets, optimizing occupancy, and ensuring compliance. Your leadership will shape the success of these communities and the satisfaction of every resident. • Lead and mentor high-performing on-site teams at two communities.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, resident relations, and day-to-day operations across both properties.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize occupancy to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Create and promote engaging resident retention programs and community events.

• 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager in multifamily housing; multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, marketing, and resident engagement.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite or similar), plus Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and operational best practices.

• High school diploma required; college coursework or ARM/CAM certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Willingness to be on-call for resident emergencies.
