Community Liaison

Atrium Centers is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Liaison to help strengthen connections between our facilities, referral partners, and the communities we serve. This role plays a key part in census growth, brand visibility, and partnership development.

• Develop and implement an effective referral marketing plan to meet or exceed census goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, providers, and community referral sources
• Conduct sales calls to identify and cultivate new referral opportunities
• Deliver presentations and in-services both within the facility and throughout the community
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the local market, payer sources, services, and acuity trends
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with other providers and assist in partnership development
• Maintain working knowledge of competitors, facility services, and market positioning
• Identify unmet community needs and support development of new programs and services
• Manage referral relationships in alignment with facility marketing strategies and payer mix goals

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing (multi-site experience preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Relationship-focused, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Service mentality with a desire to learn and grow
• Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
