Fine Dinning Server

We're looking for professional, service-driven Servers to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a high standard of hospitality from start to finish.
• Present menus, explain dishes and specials, and offer wine and pairing suggestions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
• Perform tableside service when required (e.g., pouring wine, preparing dishes).
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and dining area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support team members and contribute to a smooth front-of-house operation.
• Collect payments from tables.

 Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including familiarity with Italian cuisine, steaks, seafood, and dietary accommodations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on supporting a smooth front-of-house operation.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure during high-volume service.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
