Community Manager

Elliron Residential

Elliron Residential is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multi-family residential community. We're looking for a strong people leader with hands-on property management experience and solid Yardi knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the community
• Lead and support on-site team members
• Drive leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals
• Manage resident relations and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Utilize Yardi for leasing, rent, reporting, and resident accounts
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
• Partner with maintenance to maintain property standards

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• 2+ years experience in multi-family property management
• Yardi experience – required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
