Senior IT Data Analyst

About the Opportunity:

This team uses technology to improve health outcomes by integrating, profiling, and mapping complex data to support business processes. The role focuses on optimizing data quality, resolving data issues, and collaborating with business and technical teams to enhance systems and database design.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources, including claims and member data

• Develop, execute, and troubleshoot scripts and reports using SQL, Excel, or analytics tools

• Conduct root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings to leadership or customers

• Manage multiple complex data review processes independently within set timelines

• Deliver business solution architecture and implementation validation

• Perform data profiling and source-to-target mapping

• Integrate complex data from disparate sources

• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation

• Communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners verbally and visually

• Gather requirements and validate results with customers and business partners

• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

• Perform other assigned duties

• Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science), or equivalent experience

• 4 to 6 years of related experience

• Experience with Big Data, data processing, data manipulation, and data mining

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools

• Experience with Agile software development

• Analytical and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and ensure high accuracy

• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $73,800.00 to $132,700.00 per year

• Actual pay adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and job-related factors

• Total compensation may include incentives

• Benefits subject to program eligibility
