Lead Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead (or Helper) Carpenter to join our growing team. If you have experience in construction, framing or home remodeling we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Climb high ladders (If you're afraid if heights this might not be a job for you)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times per day
• Communicate professionally and manage customer expectations
• Operate power tools, wood working tools, and air tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash
• Maintain and upkeep property, tools, equipment, and materials at all times
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Conduct quality inspections on finished work

Experience

General knowledge in residential construction trades including but not limited to:

• Wood framing and trusses
• Hanging doors
• Installing windows
• Interior finish

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
