Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in our production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to implement process changes.
• Develop process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Support new product introductions by developing scalable manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Utilize data and metrics to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficient in process simulation and CAD software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Possess knowledge and skills through practical experience
• Bilingual - English / Spanish preferable
