Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Preparation Worker to join our culinary team. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, catering, or restaurant settings and possess a strong commitment to food safety and quality standards. Duties

• Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, mixing, and assembling ingredients
• Support cooking processes under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
• Buss tables and ensure dining areas are clean and organized
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Help with catering setups for events such as banquets or special functions
• Follow food handling safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Support serving staff during meal service as needed
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies in the kitchen

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred
• Experience with food preparation, cooking, or banquet service is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus
• Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or event venues is beneficial
• Prior kitchen experience including culinary training or hotel culinary programs is advantageous
