CuraLinc Healthcare is looking for a curious and data-driven Content Analyst to support the development, measurement, and optimization of our mental health content. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with both numbers and narratives — translating performance data into actionable insights that shape strategy and improve member outcomes.
You'll be responsible for tracking how content performs across our digital platform, identifying engagement trends, maintaining metadata accuracy, and supporting initiatives like tagging audits, taxonomy QA, and accessibility compliance. By bringing structure and clarity to how we measure content success, you'll help ensure that every piece we publish delivers value. Primary Responsibilities
- Track Content Performance Across Modalities Using Platform Analytics and Reporting Tools
- Audit and Maintain Metadata Accuracy (Tags, Categories, Content Types) Across the CMS
- Identify Opportunities to Improve Engagement, Personalization, and Navigation Through Data Insights
- Partner with Product and UX Teams to Evaluate A/B Tests and Feature Performance
- Monitor Accessibility and Localization Data to Ensure Inclusive and Scalable Content Delivery
- Create Dashboards, Reports, or Summaries to Guide Editorial Prioritization and Roadmap Planning
- Support Taxonomy Refinements and CMS Documentation Efforts
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Information Science, Psychology, Public Health, or a Related Field Preferred
- 1–3 Years of Experience Working with Content Data, Digital Analytics, or Structured Metadata
- Familiarity with Tools Like Google Analytics, Heap, or Similar Reporting Platforms
- Strong Attention to Detail and Comfort Working in Spreadsheets or Databases
- Interest in Mental Health, Behavior Change, and Inclusive Communication
- Bonus: Experience with CMS Tagging Systems, Accessibility Audits, or User Research
