We're known for our warm, welcoming vibe and exceptional patient experience. Due to our growth, we're adding a rock star Front Desk Patient Coordinator to our team

The Role
You are the Director of First Impressions and the heartbeat of our practice. This is not an entry level position We need someone with proven dental front office experience who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with genuine warmth and make every person feel like a VIP
  • Answer multi line phones, book appointments, and manage a busy schedule in Dentrix Ascend
  • Check patients in/out, collect payments, and accurately post transactions
  • Verify patient information and records including dental insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Schedule patients according to treatment plans
  • Scan records, manage patient correspondence, and keep the reception area spotless
  • Handle patient reactivations and confirmations (calls, texts, emails)
  • Light treatment coordinating when needed (we will train further if you're ready to grow)
  • Keep the doctors and hygienists on time while maintaining a calm, positive energy

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years working the front desk of a private dental practice (general or specialty)
  • Strong proficiency with Dentrix Ascend (preferred) or Eaglesoft/Open Dental
  • Proven track record of excellent phone etiquette and patient communication
  • Solid understanding of dental insurance verification, co-pays, deductibles, and coordination of benefits
  • Ability to multitask without getting flustered during peak hours
  • Professional appearance, upbeat attitude, and true team player mentality
