Job Overview
As a Host/Host, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your primary role will be to greet guests with enthusiasm, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating arrangements. You'll play a crucial part in creating a vibrant atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating charts efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Assist in coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) system Toast
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance guest experience.
• Foster positive guest relations by ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated.

Basic qualifications

• Previous host/host or food service experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with guest services practices and serving techniques.
• Proficient in phone etiquette to handle reservations and inquiries effectively.
