Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Multilingual abilities and call center experience are highly valued to help us serve a diverse client base effectively.

Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting appropriate products or services
  • Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client support processes
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and their expectations are met or exceeded

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills including typing and data entry
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analysis skills for problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Experience with outbound calling is desirable but not required
  • Prior experience in sales or cash handling is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
