Bakery Automation Technician/Operator

• Operate and fine-tune high-speed packaging and production equipment to meet plan.
• Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues; perform cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and basic repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance and partner closely with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team.
• Comply with OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP; actively participate in safety programs and hazard reporting.
• Capture downtime, repairs, and performance in CMMS (EAM); report throughput, materials, and waste.

• Equipment Uptime — Reduce downtime and increase line availability.
• Production Efficiency — Achieve or surpass output targets.
• Safety Compliance — Meet rigorous safety and food safety standards.
• Operational Reliability — Anticipate issues and drive improvements.

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (high-speed packaging preferred).
• Hands-on skill with minor mechanical repairs and adjustments.
• Detail orientation and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with high-speed equipment and maintenance tools.
• CMMS (EAM) familiarity preferred.
• High School diploma or GED; technical coursework is a plus.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish.

• Hire Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $ $24.90 per hour
• Shift Premiums: +$1.50 (2nd shift) | +$3.00 (3rd shift)
• Shift Schedules:
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2 PM – 11 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10 PM – 7 AM
