Reports To

The Front Desk Receptionist will report to both Owner and Front Desk Manager.

Job Overview

Pure Soccer Woodlands is a new indoor training facility looking for organized, part time front desk staff members to help with day to day operations. Schedule flexibility to work weekends and/or weeknight evenings.

Responsibilities and Duties

The responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the list below:

· Greeting clients in a professional and friendly matter.

· Scheduling client sessions with coaches.

· Rescheduling sessions and processing cancelations for appointments.

· Checking in/out clients for camps and classes.

· Answering phone calls and emails from clients or potential clients.

· Learning about what products and services we offer.

· Processing sales on memberships and private sessions.

· Opening and closing the facility.

· Keeping the front desk area clean and tidy.

· Stocking snacks and beverages.

· Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.

· Ensure reception area is clean and organized at all times.

· Initial training period will be paid at $9 per hour ( 2-3 weeks).

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required as a minimum for the position:

· Friendly & outgoing personality.

· Strong communication skills.

· Able to provide exceptional customer service and patience when dealing with difficult clients.

· Professional appearance - Some knowledge of soccer preferred, but not required.

· Weekend availability (Sat and/or Sun 9am – 10pm).

· Knowledge of Mindbody point-of-sale system or similar booking system.

· Background check is required.

· Safesport certification is required.

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
