Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our front desk team at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, make reservations, check guests in and out, etc.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and improve overall guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality or hotel with a focus on front desk operations.
• Previous experience in customer service roles within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and phone etiquette.
