Hotel Night Auditor

**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional guest experiences. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours. **Duties:** - Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, handling reservations and cancellations - Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with security functions during the night shift **Skills:** - Experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel industry preferred - Proficiency in night audit procedures is a plus - Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous - Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems - Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing top-notch service - Ability to handle phone calls with proper etiquette Joining our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment, where you can enhance your skills and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.
